The collection of data required by the forms is mandatory in order to respond to the contact request. Internet users are free to accept the sending of information on Bikube's activities by ticking the appropriate box, and may withdraw their consent at any time.

Data processing only concerns persons who wish to be contacted or receive information from Bikube.

The recipients of the data are: Bikube's sales, marketing and Call Center team only.

No data is transferred outside the European Union.

5. Data retention period

If the Internet user does not consent to receive information by e-mail, Bikube retains the data collected for a period of 3 years from the date of communication by the Internet user of the data collected.

If the user agrees to receive information by e-mail, Bikube retains the data for a period of 3 years from the last contact within the meaning of the CNIL doctrine or until the person concerned unsubscribes.

6. Security

Bikube implements the means necessary to ensure the security and confidentiality of personal data, in accordance with current legislation and CNIL recommendations.

7. Information on telephone conversation recording / Bikube Call Center

The purpose of this information notice is to inform people who contact Bikube by telephone about the call listening and recording system implemented by Bikube.

The data controller is Bikube.

Telephone conversations may be listened to and/or recorded at random from 9am to 7pm, Monday to Friday, for the following purposes:

Employee training (for example, reusing recordings to illustrate a point made during training sessions);

Evaluating employees;

Improving service quality (for example, by studying the type of response given to customers);

In cases provided for by law, calls may also be used as evidence to establish a contract or complete a transaction;

Where necessary, to combat incivilities.

Please note that recordings and/or tapping are not systematic.

This processing is carried out in the context of Bikube's legitimate interest in having recordings that enable it to fulfill the purposes described above.

The recipients of the data are the Customer Service - Pre-Sales Department and, where applicable, Bikube's General Management.

Recorded data is kept for 6 months. Any conversation analysis documents that may be drawn up may be kept for 1 year.

8. Your rights regarding your personal data

You have the right to access and obtain a copy of the data concerning you, to oppose the processing of this data, to have it rectified or deleted. You also have the right to limit the processing of your data.
