WHO ARE YOU BIKUBE?

Bikube is a flexible, innovative vision of living together: being both at home and close to others. Between shared spaces and private accommodation, it's the promise of an experience that evolves around a hybrid lifestyle of independence and collective effervescence. Let's build together a home that's lively, stimulating and open to the city!

One fine day...

In the beginning, there's always a blank page, the one that lets us imagine what comes next. The story of Bikube begins one fine summer day in 2018 within VINCI Immobilier's Operations Division. With passionate teams and solid experience in residence management, a new adventure began: that of coliving! The experience is imagined, a little, the spaces are designed, a lot, and the projects come to fruition, passionately.

Hi ! My name is…

Two rounded Bs around a K that sets the tempo. An I, a U to cadence, the E to finish on a high note. I may sound Swedish, but I'm "the beehive" in Danish. I am, I am... I am Bikube [bikyb]! I am this combination of spaces, a hybrid solution between private housing and shared surfaces. I vibrate with the laughter of people, the smiles of passers-by. The world tells a story, and I look at it with childlike eyes. My name is Bikube. Pleased to meet you.

OUR MISSION

Bikube is redrawing the contours of coliving by creating flexible, collaborative and inspiring living spaces. Our mission is to create a place for every moment, where everyone feels at home, everywhere, with us. Because memories are formed through time and encounters, we set the scene, like a décor, for those moments that count.

To mingle with others when that energy calls, to be at home when it's necessary. Bringing people together, taking the time to savour so we can live better together. No pressure, just inspiration. Inspiration that happens, that propels us elsewhere and into tomorrow.

OUR VALUES

Freedom

Our pillar: always be yourself and everywhere without borders. Freedom is the first step towards happiness, and everyone has their own way of writing the rest. You can come and go according to your moods and desires, your backgrounds and places. The important thing is to be free. At Bikube, the choice is yours.

MANIFESTO

"It's the foot in the ground that gives you the bounce. And the anchoring that gives confidence. With us, you'll feel at home, and from then on, you'll go further, as if deployed elsewhere. Your drive, your strength, will be knowing where to return. And on this imperceptible but essential foundation, the comfort of situated freedom will be forged: discover, feel, then return. Surpass yourself, invest, recover. Once you've laid the foundations, everything else is possible: before you, as exciting as it is dazzling, lies a blank page. It bears the imprint of other eras, words heard in English here and there, scattered friendships from travels, memories of objects brought back with care. But it whitens again, in the face of the dazzling reality of change, and opens us up to adventure. Out there, in the city, space is ours. We are the totality of our footprints. But we are also, and above all, what will be. Let's build together a home for today and tomorrow that's inspiring, comforting and stimulating."

A WORD FROM THE ARCHITECT

"Our architectural and design concept is based on a harmonious fusion of three distinct temporalities, continents and housing typologies, all brought together in a single location. Our concept was born of the need to rethink the interaction between architecture and society, and our project draws lessons from recent upheavals, notably the periods of confinement linked to the pandemic, which have transformed our sociological behaviors.

We aim to transcend physical boundaries to create spaces that evoke happy memories of childhood, evoking a certain nostalgia for those lost moments. This notion of decoration finds its essence in sensory elements such as smells, flavors or the sight of objects, creating an enveloping and evocative atmosphere."
